GENERAL DISLAIMER

Before participating in the PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 all participants must read this document and then sign the declaration and disclaimer below.

1.The Participant understands that taking part in the PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 does so at his/her own risk.

2. The Participant accepts that the PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027, its organizers or the Venue, Run Sites, will not be liable for any loss, damage or action. Claim, cost or expenses, which may arise in PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 and its organizers.

3.The drug laws in FIJI are very stringent. The participant acknowledges and confirms that they shall not be using any substance of abuse and also indemnify the organizers of PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 , should they be caught/ arrested by doing so. Any drug abuse will NOT be tolerated and the participant will be banned from attending the event without any reservations.

4.The Participant must comply with all laws in force for the time being and must indemnify and keep PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027  and its organizers  indemnified against any Claim or Demand arising out of a breach or alleged breach of any law by a Participant.

5.PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 is not responsible for the accommodation, travel, and other expenses for attending this event. PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 , on its part shall arrange for all Participants to attend runs of their choice (subject to availability) of the event and any other aspect as the organizers deem fit.

6.NO REFUNDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED, for whatever reason.

7.The Participant will grant permission to I PAN PACIFIC HASH 2027 to use or authorize other bona fide agencies to use/take photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data or any other record for Participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration.

I, accept the above conditions for participation in this event / activity BY PAYING THE REGISTRATION FEE for this event.
